Lesson # 1 - There are no clear signs. All girls are different. Some are reserved, others aggressive. But here\'s my psychographics anyway.

FYI, I\'m the reserved, prim-and-proper Mary Poppins type, so if you run into one of us, here\'s what you should know...

1. what signs do girls give when they like a guy ?
   * when you know him well
     Start joking around with him, tease him a little, laughingly tell him he\'s cute or something.

   * when you don\'t really know him well
     I usually become pretty quiet and shy. I may never even look at the guy, but I will certainly be in his line of vision. I might just end up walking out of class or whatever in the same general direction every day... just happen to sit near him all the time... etc.


2. when you are losing hope
   When losing hope, I just... start ignoring him. Not responding much to anything he says.

3. when you have a lot of hope that the guy likes you too
   Smile at him more, ask him about himself.

4. when they play hard to catch
   See number 2, losing hope. I have no idea how to tell if a guy is playing hard to get or just isn\'t interested in me. I always assume the worst!

5. what kind of ways girls can do to play hard to catch
   I don\'t know, I don\'t really do this... well, I do only if I\'m not sure if the guy\'s just casually flirting or if he\'s really interested. If I have doubts, I just treat him like any other guy/classmate - civil, but not warm. And always act a little surprised when he talks to me - like \"Oh, I\'d forgotten you exist...\"

6. when girls just agree going out/dating ´cause they feel sorry for the guy or cannot say no
   I don\'t know, I\'ve never done that.

7. if not interested, do girls say NO to a date
   Absolutely. We\'re either getting our hair done, baby sitting, or doing a lot of homework.

8. if interested do girls act like they wasn`t interested but agree meeting despite their act
   Maybe. I always try not to act too interested, so I won\'t 1) scare the poor guy or 2) get my hopes up. If a girl DOES go out with you - at least, a girl like me - it means she does have some slight interest in you! Unless, of course, you have really hard to get tickets or something like that.

9. do girls act like \"hey guy, you don´t have a chance\" type of game just to check out the guy or do you really mean what you show
   If a girl *acts* like that, she could be playing with you, or she could really mean it. If she *says* it, or starts avoiding you, she means it. Believe her.

10. do you act more like the above when deep in love compared to when you don`t know if you love but at least like the guy
    I\'ve never been *deep* in love, so I don\'t know.

11. do you girls that this continue up in age too, maybe the whole life
    Not sure what this question means. The above is pretty much the way I\'ve always been, and I\'m 20 now and haven\'t changed.

12. what r you girls afraid of if you act like many questions above
    What are we afraid of? Falling in love with a guy, and being dumped... going out with a guy we don\'t know very well and being raped... guys can be pretty evil - these are just defense mechanisms.

**when i say these things, these are signs i mite give according to how well i know the guy, etc.

when u know him well~start touching him more, start laughing more at jokes, ask him if he has ever thought u guys would make a good couple

when u dont know him well~lots of eye contact, smile, ask if hes busy this weekend, have ur friend ask if hes interested

when u are losing hope~sometimes flirt w/ other guys to see if they get a reaction, stop hanging around so much to give him space

when u have a lot of hope~ask him out, find ways to be around them, call them, ask them to study together, talk online

when guys play hard to get~girls try harder cuz they like a challenge and want what they cant have

how do girls play hard to get~maybe talk about other guys, maybe say they are busy that particular day or weekend, give confusing signals

when girls say yes to guys out of pity~they wont be excited about the date, they mite bring a friend, they wont call or hang around

if not interested~some girls have the backbone to say NO, a lot of girls dont and get themselves in deeper

if interested~sometimes girls wont act interested till they know if u are interested..even then some girls will play it cool so they wont scare you off..some girls just plain act interested

if a girl says u dont stand a chance~u probably dont stand a chance, unless they are playing hard to get, and that all depends on that particular girl

if a girl is deeply in love~u will know it, w/o a doubt..ppl who are crazy in love show it constantly

many girls are afraid of being hurt..i know i kinda am cuz its happened before but u cant be afraid all of the time or u will never have a great relationship

Toss hair, smile, come up and talk/say hi, talk about sex, apply lipgloss looking into your eyes, lots of eye contact in general, blush, touch.

when you know him well
talk about sex, touch.

when you don\'t really know him well
talk to him longer than to other guys, smile, sit with my legs crossed, the top leg pointing in his direction, say hi first, increased eye contact, ask him questions about himself.

when you are losing hope
same, but more intensively

when you have a lot of hope that the guy likes you too
smile and let him talk, ask questions about him

when they play hard to catch
don\'t know, never happened to me, probably wouldn\'t recognize it as such and lose hope

what kind of ways girls can do to play hard to catch
talk about other guys to you, while smiling

not always. depends.
