This is all un-chartered territory. It will be interesting to see how the case in Michigan turns out. In the meantime, take my advise, don’t put anything in writing that you wouldn’t want your grandma or your kids to see. And, if you are reading your spouses e-mails, it would be a good idea to have their permission first.
